Why We Expanded the Program
Demand for reliable power has grown as manufacturers in industrial automation, telecom, instrumentation and railway look for converters and supplies that accept a wide input and run for years. To meet that demand, BeiLuo has expanded its stocking program for genuine Cincon products across its regional warehouses. The goal is simple: cut lead times for the fast-moving converters and supplies that production lines depend on, and keep them available when customers need them, whether the quantity is a handful of samples or a full production build.
Cincon has built power converters for decades, and its board-mount DC-DC modules, open-frame AC-DC supplies and railway turnkey modules are widely specified because they combine a wide input range, a solid efficiency and a competitive cost. By holding the mainstream models in regional inventory, BeiLuo removes the gap between a design win and a production run, and it gives engineers a local source that can respond in days rather than the weeks a factory allocation can take.
What Is Now Stocked
The expanded program covers three broad families. On the DC-DC side we stock the EC-series isolated modules from 3 W to 30 W with a 2:1 and a 4:1 input range in a DIP, a SIP and a 2x1 inch case. On the AC-DC side we stock the CFM open-frame supplies from 40 W to 500 W with a universal input and the Class B emissions. On the railway side we stock the chassis-mount and railway modules with the ultra-wide input and the EN50155 compliance. Together the families serve industrial control, telecom and datacom, instrumentation and a railway or a transportation system.
DC-DC and AC-DC
The stocked DC-DC modules give an isolated, wide-input rail for a control board or a telecom card, and the stocked AC-DC supplies give a universal-input rail with the emissions and the safety designed in, so a designer can build the whole power chain from one supplier with a consistent support path.
Railway and Chassis
The stocked railway and chassis modules accept an ultra-wide 10-160 V or 14-160 V input and meet the EN50155, the EN50121-3-2 and the EN45545-2 standards with a baseplate or an enclosed chassis, which suits a rail system where the input varies widely and the environment is harsh.
What This Means for Customers
For design and production teams, in-stock parts shorten the gap between prototype validation and volume build. Instead of waiting on a long factory allocation, customers can pull mainstream models from regional inventory and keep projects on schedule. The program also supports sample quantities, so engineers can validate the efficiency, the derating, the emissions and the railway compliance before committing to production volumes, and it keeps a reorder fast when a design moves into series production.
Documentation With Every Order
Every shipment includes an import declaration, a certificate of origin and a RoHS compliance file, so customs clearance and quality audits stay straightforward. Buyers who audit suppliers will find the documentation complete and consistent, which matters when a part sources into a product that ships worldwide. Documentation is prepared before dispatch, so it arrives together with the parts rather than trailing them.
Regional Warehousing and Lead Time
The stocked models are held in regional warehouses close to major manufacturing centers, so a mainstream part can move in days. Allocation-sensitive or higher-power parts are scheduled against customer forecasts, and BeiLuo confirms availability before you commit to an order. This two-part approach balances fast delivery for the common parts against predictable supply for the rest, which is exactly what a production schedule needs.
Supporting a Long Production Run
A converter or a supply sources into a product that may ship for years, so availability and traceability matter across the whole life of the design. By holding the mainstream Cincon models in regional stock, BeiLuo keeps a design supplied through the prototype, the ramp and the volume phase, and it keeps a replacement on hand for a field service. Because every shipment carries the import declaration and the origin file, a customer who audits the supply chain or clears customs can do so without a delay, which keeps a worldwide product on schedule and on budget across its full production life.
How to Access the Program
Customers can ask for a stocked model, a sample or a volume quotation by contacting the BeiLuo team. If you send your output power, voltage, input range and mounting requirements, our FAE engineers will confirm the best-fit part, verify the specification and quote with current stock and lead time. Combined with the documentation that ships on every order, the expanded program gives design and production teams a reliable local source for Cincon products across the industrial, telecom and railway segments.
